FYI: More '80s than '90s, despite the velvet and the silver. I did not anticipate the very '80s style and fit, choosing to think the sliver-ness would be the focus. It was not. Even without shoulder pads, I felt like I was on the set of "Dynasty." But, all in all, it was also too large--that's why I sent it back.I wear a size 12, and the Large fit like a glove. It's a well-made dress. The fabric is kind of thick. The dress was missing the tie sash belt. Since it looks good without it, I just cut the belt loops off. It's priced well for a cute 80's retro look.
